Our ITIL® Foundation Course provides you with everything you need to pass the ITIL® Foundation Exam. Our exam materials include a Student Workbook and a Chapter Test Workbook for use during the class and for studying for your exam on your own. You will also receive a mock exam modeled after the ITIL® Foundation Exam to help you in your test preparation, as well as a Case Study to aid in your comprehension of ITIL® concepts as it applies to real world situations. Additionally, you will have access to web content and a mobile app to take your test prep anywhere.
During our 3-day course, you can expect to gain knowledge of each stage of the Service Lifecycle. We will cover Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operation, and Continual Service Improvement with focus on the purpose, value, scope, and objectives of each of these processes. This material is presented in the context of real-world situations to provide you with more than book knowledge. You can expect to leave this course with an understanding of ITIL® concepts and how to apply them in real life business situations.
Courses offered on location include lunch and refreshments. Certification exams for in-person courses will be conducted at the conclusion of the third day of the course. Materials for participants in WebEx courses will be shipped during the week prior to the course. Participants in WebEx courses will receive an exam voucher with their course materials that will cover the testing fees for an on-line exam. PMP®/CAPM® Certified participants will receive 27 free PDUs for participation in this course.
