This 4-day course is the capstone course of the ITIL® qualification scheme. Participants can expect to gain knowledge in integrating all of the service management processes across the ITIL® Lifecycle. This course focuses on governance, organization, measurement, and implementation of service management capability. Participants can also expect to gain an understanding of organizational change and adoption of the ITIL® Framework. This course should prepare you to both pass the ITIL® Expert exam and to feel confident in implementing the ITIL® Framework in your IT organization.
The exam consists of 10 multiple choice questions with a time limit of 120 minutes. In this exam, you are given a case study to which all of the test questions apply. While all of the given answers may be correct in some way, you must choose the best response as it relates to the given case study. In this way, the exam tests not only your book knowledge, but your ability to apply what you have learned to real-life business situations. Upon successful completion of the exam, participants will earn the ITIL® Expert qualification.
This course is offered mainly live on-line via WebEx. Course materials will be shipped to participants in the week leading up to the course. Participants in WebEx courses will receive an exam voucher with their course materials that will cover the testing fees for an on-line exam.
PMP®/CAPM® participants will receive 30 PDUs for the completion of the course.
